The distributor/manufacturer has been incredibly friendly and willing to fix this problem. My reason for posting this warning is strictly to warn others purchasing these items as gifts (who wouldn't want to buy these for others after receiving one yourself?) that the packaging will no doubt be destroyed by the postal service and that they should request special packaging up front when they order if they want the zap cap and it's box to be in tact upon receipt. This message was by no means meant to slam the reputation of the merchant.
