hello, can u tell me what PSI this thing cranks out on a normal city water system? also, does it have diff settings or just the 1 that looks like a broom?

e.g. if u stick ur hand in front of it, will it take off skin?

A typical unit that u plug a hose into then plug in the unit is 1500-1800 psi, is this anywhere close?
