I have an old house built in 1938. The pressure throughout the house, except in the bathroom is great. In the bathroom the water pressure in both the bathtub and the shower is low. I was told by a plumber that it is probably because the house has old galvanized pipes which may have rusted and that it would cost several thousands of dollars to re-pipe the whole house.
Is there any product that I could use which would just bump up the water pressure in the bathtub and the shower a bit so that I would not have to repipe the entire house?
