Thanks Vickie! I can't believe that Rotato hasn't even tried to satisfy their customers. It's a shame! I would definitely have told others that it is the best out there but now I tell them not to bother with it because of the blades and the customer service. I wouldn't mind paying for a good quality blade. And I would've bought more products this company put out if it was quality stuff.
