I recieved this thing in response to a TV ad (in Canada) but it doesn't work. It did work briefly on the material which was sent in the machine but when I took this out - no more stitching. Any hints? The needle goes in and out; the thread is properly threaded but it fails to hook up with anything to form a stitch
