I bought three Handy Stitch machines after seeing them on t.v. in january . The next day I cancelled and sent a letter stating that I did not want them and please refund my money . I have been waiting for 4 months to get my money back . When I call the customer service they tell me to wait another 4 weeks or that the check is in the mail , depending whom I talk to . I can't get any response from the company ,or from any responsible person , I am told to leave my phone number and someone will call me . but they never return your calls.To me the deal seems a fraud .
