I purchased my "2-frying pan set" when I lived at 6849 Beckford, Reseda, CA and moved to Hesperia, CA. I unpacked my frying pans and began using them. I totally disturbed because both of them STICK to everything I prepare. Eggs, potatoes... just everything!
I have purchased many other Starfrit products and have been delightfully happy.
I want my money back on these two items.
It has been about 3-4 years ago and feel that even if the time is over, I had not used them until now.
They were very expensive and I thought that they would indeed replace my old cast iron pans and got rid of them.
What can you do for me?
I will continue buying the other products you have but want reimbursement or REPLACEMENT for these two pans.
