have just bought an air walker second hand, but there was not destruction book on how to use it efficiently. I am finding that I am keeping my legs stiff, this is obviously not beneficial. I got this machine as I have MS and cannot walk any distance at speed so I thought if I had a machine I could just stop when I was knackered and not worry about how I have to get home.. can anyone help with an instruction booklet please
