I know this sounds dumb, but I am serious. We all know that the best exercise anywhere is a "free walk around the block" but when the weather prevents walking then is using the air walker a good substitute?? Is this close to actually walking on two feet on the sidewalk?? Walking is beneficial for leg circulation; does the air walker also help?? Should the "tension" be set so it is easy to move the pedals or should it be adjusted tighter ??
