Hello,

After using a friends ZapCap and then searching to find mine for two years, I finally bought two from The Store's website. I have found, however, that my ZapCap does not work as well as the original I used at a friend's party. Many times I have to push down several times before the cap is removed.

Is there a special way to hold the ZapCap or use it that I am unaware of? I love showing it-off to people at parties, but it's very embarrasing when I show it to someone for the first time and it does not work properly. Can you help?
