Hi there, my grandmother bought a Steam Genius and kept it in her spare room having never used it. When she passed away I became its new owner anyway I've used it once only and had to stop as the collection unit on the front wouldn't stay attached as the white catch (nearest the handle) has become distorted, also the apature where the steam comes out of the main part of the steam genius into the collection tank is also distorted.
Has anybody else had a problem like this?
