I just purchased one, an mine does the same thing...??? The chamber get's very warm, yet produces no steam.Upon inspection of the plastic cartridge.which has a flexible tube attached. The cartridge has some type of gunk inside that appears to be blocking the flow of steam.I tried the customer service number in the manual an it's not valid??? ANY SUGGESTION'S???
