I bought this machine in April this year, and after a few uses it began to become very hot in handling. It has not been used very often, but the last time I tried it, it became dangerously hot after only a few minutes. Then the steam element failed completely. According to the instruction booklet, this indicates failure of the Thermofuse, and the advice is to approach an authorised dealer.

The letter accompanying delivery gives the customer services number as 01384 287666, but this is not recognised.

I have written to their P.O. Box Office address, but I've had no response.

Can anyone help?
