When I press the on button for about 2 seconds a
light does come on but only at the top.
Is that the way it is suppose to work. I also feel the lettering on the hole unit is dim. I have played with the arrow buttons but it doesn get dark enough.
I even have new batteries in it and they are the right kind.
I also would like to know a phone number for the company or their web sight address.
