1. I bought a protege II
2. I got it in today
3. When I took it out, and turned it on, I noticed that the rows of buttons above the second row do not work at all!
4. I used a paper clip to press the reset button for a few seconds
5. It restored the 3rd row but not the 4th!
6. I did it again and it took back the 3rd row and now after a 3rd reset it wont even give back the 3rd row!

Please help! need any suggestions
