I am unable to Upload/download my protege. After I select the desired com port, I get a "comm port access error". I am running windows xp on a dell laptop. ports 1,2,and 3 are currently in use and a 4th will not install. I am using a serial port adapter male DB25 to male DB9 to hook into my laptop.
