My daughter has a Protege Touch Screen Handheld Organizer (the older version). A friend of hers was fooling around and changed the password. We cannot figure out the new password and we can not find any information on how to reset it. We have removed the only set of batteries that we can find in it and kept them out overnight. It still will not reset and let us change the password. Please help us.
