I have a stainless steel potato peeler (hand-held - not a machine!) which is very simple and better than any other I have tried. It is a simple metal cylinder, shaped to a point at one end and with a shaped slot near the point, which does the peeling. It says "made in sweden" on it, but no maker's name. Mine is now getting rather blunt after about thirty years and i would like to replace it. Ha anyone seen one that fits this description?
