Because my family and I love to eat ice cream, I recently bought the E-Z Dip. And I must admit, this electric scoop can easily scoop the hardest frozen ice cream. I would highly recommend this product to anyone. However, this product does have a few faults. For example, because this electric scoop has a 6-foot cord, I was restricted from serving ice cream outdoors to my friends. In addition, this scoop can potentially become a hazard because it need to be plugged in an electric outlet. As a result, I will not let my children use this scoop because of the risk involved in using any electrical appliance in a kitchen. Still, I am overall satisfied with this product and I give it a 3 out of five stars.
