I have hardwood floors in my kitchen--they are light in color and covered with a polyurethene. I have noticed some scratches where my bar stools and desk chair are sitting. I know you are to put felt pads on these surfaces, but that does not help if someone is sitting on the chairs and puts all their weigh on them while sliding back to get up from the desk or counter--scratches can still occur, especially if there is some debris on the floor or felt pad. Will your product remove these scratches in the polyurethene? I have used a steel wool pad and some of them have disappeared, but others are a bit deeper.
