2) Feedback for the company that makes the manual food processors - why don't the blades turn in the same direction that the top screws on? With them going in opposite directions it just means that the tendency is for the top to unscrew easily unless one holds it down firmly. You try it - seems a simple thing to correct......All that's needed is to put the "teeth" of the blades facing the other way! It would make a lot of difference to the effectiveness. Apart from that they are OK.
