I have just buy an OrbiTrec. I am in my first week. Muy question is which is your recommended schedule to start up this exercitation due to the fact I have not make exercise from 1 year ago. I can't pass the firs 5 minutes without feel myself completely exhausted and with a slight headake.

I woul appreciate if you could give your advise.
