(800)231-2746 invalid or blocked from my area code (949) Orange County California.
(713)683-8111 this number indicates it is a business unrelated to Hallen who have had the number for 9 years. They have received calls in the past for the Hallen Co. and do not know its location.
There are also English numbers:
