Hi there, I have just purchased a second hand proform air walker - it doens't fold away,and has an electronic display where you can choose different "modes". The problem is that i don't have the instructions, I need to know if it is one that runs automatically , that is one that you hop on, hold on and it will start the swinging action. or one that is manual, where you pull and push the bars to get it to go. I hope this makes sense ???cheers.
